Hi! I'm July! I'm a small Peruvian artist trying to grow in this art environment. I've been drawing for almost 9 years and still have a ton to learn. My main fandom is Sonic, but I also enjoy other things like Valorant, Pokémon, and many more! I have a hard time socializing, but I always try my best to be kind to everyone around me.

Please read EVERYTHING if you plan to get a commission from me to avoid problems or misunderstandings during your turn. Not reading them DOES NOT excuse you from following them. If you violate these terms, you will be added to a blacklist and you won't be able to request commissions from me again.
• About you, The Customer
- When you order a commission from me, you automatically agree to all of my Terms of Service.
- If you have any questions, doubts, or concerns, you’re welcome to contact me without any obligation.
- You cannot feed my art to AIs or use it for NFTs.
- You cannot claim my work as your own.
- You are expected to be patient and understanding with my time and the commission queue.
- Do not pressure me. I have personal projects and I'm a person that needs rest away from screens.
- You are free to post the final result as long as I am properly credited.
• About me, The Artist
- By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.
- I reserve the right to decline a commission if the reference material, the idea, or the client’s behavior makes me feel uncomfortable.
- I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work.
- I retain all copyrights to my artwork, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
- I reserve the right to decide whether or not to post the finished artwork in my gallery. If you do not want your commission to be posted, you must request a privacy fee (See the "Fees" section).
- I can accept new clients throughout the week; however, I will only work on commissions from Monday to Friday. Weekends are reserved for personal work or projects. If you contact me during the weekend for updates on your drawing, I will not respond until Monday.
• Fees
- Additional Change Fee: +10 USD added to the final price. This applies only if you have already used up your allowed changes during the sketch phase.
- Complex Design Fee: +15 USD added to the final price. If a custom design turns out to be too complex, I reserve the right to charge this fee.
- Privacy Fee: +15 USD added to the final price. This ensures that I will not post any WIPs or the final artwork on any of my social media.
- Priority Fee: +20 USD added to the final price. Your order will be placed at the top of my queue and treated as a top-priority project.
- NSFW Fee: +25USD added to the final price. This type of drawings often require more detail on the anatomy.
• About the Commission
- No alternative versions of a drawing will be provided. If you paid for one drawing, you will receive one. You will not receive two separate versions with major changes (such as different expressions, clothing, closed eyes, etc.) unless you pay extra for those variations (depending on difficulty). However, the following versions may be sent at no additional cost: Transparent background, white background, and text-free version (for custom references).
- Custom commissions may include simple alternatives (Example: jacket / no jacket) only if this is coordinated during the sketch phase and if I agree to draw them.
- No physical items will be shipped. You will only receive a digital drawing from me.
- You cannot sell, reproduce, or use my artwork for merchandise or commercial products without my permission. This includes, but is not limited to, clothing, prints, stickers, or any other products created for sale. Personal use is allowed, including profile pictures, banners, monetized content where the artwork itself is not the product being sold, or personal projects such as creating a plush, figure, or cosplay piece for your own use, as long as it is not intended for profit.
• About Payments
- Payments are accepted only via PayPal Invoice.
- All payments must be made in USD (United States Dollars). No other currencies will be accepted.
- No refunds will be issued unless I am unable to complete your commission for a specific reason.
- Any payment sent before I have accepted your commission will be considered a donation and will not be refunded.
- Chargebacks made without a valid reason, after receiving updates, communication, or completed work, will be considered a violation of these Terms of Service. If any issue arises, please contact me first so we can try to resolve it together before taking further action.
- To begin the sketching process, I require 50% of the total payment upfront.
- If payment is not made within 72 hours after the invoice has been sent, the commission will be canceled.
- Delivery of the HD file will take place only after full payment is received.
• About the Process
- Once the commission has been agreed upon and the first half of the payment is made, you will be added to my Trello List.
- Commissions are completed in order: first come, first served. However, smaller commissions may be finished before larger ones depending on workload.
- You may contact me for updates if you wish, but it’s not necessary. You can freely check my progress on the Trello List, where any important updates will be posted.
- During the sketching phase, you are allowed up to three (3) changes per commission. If you use up all your changes, you may request an Additional Change Fee (see the “Fees” section).
- Custom designs have unlimited changes during the sketch phase, unless the changes scrap all of my previous work (Example: Switching from a fox design to a dolphin design). To avoid excessive changes, please provide clear references of what you would like in your drawing.
- After the sketch has been approved, there will not be any further changes to the pose or character design. Color adjustments are welcome before the shading and lighting process begins. This applies to both regular commissions and customs.
- If the client stops responding for an extended period of time (30 days or more), the commission may be paused or canceled. Any completed work will remain the property of the artist, and payments made will not be refunded. Before canceling a commission, I will make an attempt to contact the client to confirm if they would like to continue with the process. If the client wishes to continue the commission after this period, it will depend on my availability and current commission queue.
- Once everything is complete and paid for, I will send the HD version of your commission to the Gmail account linked to your PayPal. We can also use another delivery method, such as Discord, if preferred.
