Hi! I'm July! I'm a small peruvian artist trying to grow in this art enviroment. Been drawing for almost 8 years and still have a ton to learn. My main fandom is Sonic but I can enjoy other things like Valorant, Pokémon and many more! I have a hard time socializing but I try my best on be kind with everyone around me.
✰Terms OF SERVICE✰
Please READ EVERYTHING if you plan to get a commission from me to avoid problems or disagreements during your turn. Not reading them DOESN'T excuse you from following them. Violating my terms will make you enter a blacklist and you won't be able to order more commissions from me.
• About you, The Customer
- When you order a commission from me, you automatically accept all of my terms of service.
- If you have any questions, doubts or concerns you’re allowed to contact me without commitment.
- You can't feed my art to AIs or make NFTs with it.
- You can't claim my work as your own.
- You will be patient and empathetic with my time and the order list.
- Do not pressure me. I have personal projects and I'm a person that needs rest away from screens.
- You are free to post the final result as long as I receive credit for it.
• About me, The Artist
- By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.
- I reserve the right to decline a commission if the reference material, the idea or the behavior of the client makes me feel uncomfortable.
- I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work.
- I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
- I reserve the right to post or not post the finished artwork in my gallery. If you don't want your commission to be posted, you have to ask for a privacy fee (Check "Fees" section).
- I will only work on commissions from Monday to Friday, reserving weekends for personal work or projects. If you try to contact me during the weekend, I will not respond until Monday arrives.
• Fees
- Additional Change Fee: +10 USD of the final price. This only applies if you ran out of changes during the sketch section.
- Complex Design Fee: +15 USD of the final price. If a design is too much for me, I will reserve myself the right to charge you this fee.
- Privacy Fee: +15 USD of the final price. This is the only way you will ensure I don't post WIPS nor the final drawing on any of my social media.
- Priority Fee: +20 USD of the final price. Your order will be the first one in my list and turning into a top priority work.
- NSFW Fee: +25USD of the final price. This type of drawings often require more detail on the anatomy.
• About the Commission
- No alternative versions of drawings. If you paid for one drawing, you will receive one. You won't receive two drawings where there are major changes as changing the expression, clothing, closing the eyes, etc. However, the versions that are accepted from me to send you are: Transparent BG, White BG, No text version (for customs refs).
- Customs could receive simple alternatives (example: Jacket / No Jacket) only if its coordinated during the sketch process AND if I accept doing them.
- No item will be shipped. You will only receive a digital drawing from me.
- You can't sell the artwork or use it for commercial purposes. The art piece is meant for PERSONAL use only.
• About Payments
- Payment only via Paypal Invoice.
- Payment will be made in USD (United State Dollars) only. I won’t accept any other currency.
- No refunds, unless I can't finish your commission for any reason in particular.
- Any payment done before I agreed to work on the commission will be considered a donation and won’t be refunded either.
- You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
- In order to start sketching, I need to receive 50% of the payment in advance.
- If payment is not made in a timely manner (72h) after I've placed the Invoice, the commission will be canceled.
- Once the final piece is finished, all of the payment must be received in order to give you the HD version of the drawing.
• About the Process
- Once the commission has been set to an agreement and the first half is paid, you will be added to my Trello List.
- The commissions are made in order. First comes, First served. But in some cases a lighter commission may be ready before a bigger one.
- You can contact me for updates of your commission but it's not necessary. You can freely check my progress on the Trello List and any important updates will be written on the board.
- During the sketching process, you have a maximum of 3 changes per commission. If you ran out of changes, you can ask for a Additional Change Fee (Check "Fees" section).
- Customs have unlimited changes during the sketch section, unless these are radical changes that can scrap all of my previous work (example: We are working on a fox custom and then all of the sudden you want a dolphin custom). To avoid excesive changes, please provide references of what you would like in your drawing.
- After the sketch is approved, there won't be any type of changes related to the pose or the design of the character. Color changes are welcomed before starting the shadow and lights. This applies for BOTH regular commissions and customs.
- Once everything is done and paid for, I will send the HD version to your gmail linked to your paypal. We can also use another method like Discord.
